Twenty finalists of the International Festival Intermuseum’20 were identified, including 5 Moscow museums. The festival will open on May 27 in digital format, VM.RU reports.
Among the finalists are the Victory Museum, the Memorial Museum of Cosmonautics, the State Historical, Architectural, Art and Landscape Museum-Reserve Tsaritsyno, the State Historical Museum, and the State Darwin Museum. The Victory Museum presented the People’s Historical Depository “Faces of Victory” in the nomination “Inter-Regional Interaction”.
It is an all-Russian archive designed to collect information about everyone who brought victory in the Great Patriotic War in the rear or at the front. It is noted that people who have sent relatives’ stories to the National Depository will be able to find their ancestors, display the photo on a large screen and show it to their children, grandchildren, or great-grandchildren.
