The first bactericidal recirculators were installed in the cabins of buses moving along the A-10 and A-71 routes in Nizhny Novgorod, NewsNN reports.
The equipment was developed at the plant named after Petrovsky, especially for public transport. They are fixed to ceiling panels and are powered by a battery. It is specified that recirculators have increased impact resistance and resistance to transport overloads. In test mode, bactericidal recirculators were installed in the directions with the highest passenger traffic, and currently, the issue of installing such devices in other vehicles is being resolved.
