In 2020, almost 10 thousand entrepreneurs studied at the Moscow Exporter School, VM.ru reports. It is specified that the training programme included international communication, marketing, logistics, certification, as well as other aspects of export activities.
“Thanks to the online training format introduced last year, the audience of classes has grown two and a half times. In 2019, there were about 3.8 thousand students, and in 2020 – almost 10 thousand. Teachers at the exporter’s school are more than 80 specialists in the field of foreign economic activity, customs clearance, taxation, law, and in other spheres,” the Deputy Mayor of Moscow, Natalya Sergunina, said.
It is noted that during the year the school conducted over 170 training events. Since the end of March 2020, all classes have been transferred to the online format. It is also stated that online meetings “One Hour With a Trade Representative” were launched in December 2020 and 10-15 companies from Moscow were selected to participate in them. This format turned out to be quite successful, and therefore in 2021, it is decided that the meetings will be held twice a month.
