An animal shelter will be built in north Moscow, the Molzhaninovsky district, the Complex of Urban Planning Policy of the city reports.
It is noted that in 2019, Muscovites took more than 2 thousand dogs and about a thousand cats from shelters. The new building will be located at a remote distance from residential buildings, so the shelter will not cause discomfort for local residents. On the territory, there will be a two-story building with an area of 1,500 square meters, designed for 100 aviaries. The height of the building will not be higher than 10 meters.
