The Beeline mobile operator continues to implement a large-scale network development program in the Republic of Tatarstan. In two years, the operator launched more than 650 new 4G base stations, upgraded the network and optimized the use of the frequency range.
Investments in the development of the Beeline network in the Republic of Tatarstan allowed expanding the 4G network in the region almost three times. The construction of network stations began in 2018 and since then increased their number in Tatarstan by 2 times. Now, the 4G Internet has been activated by 85% of the operator’s communications towers.
Additional equipment appeared on more than 100 streets of Kazan. Large construction on the network was carried out in Naberezhnye Chelny, Almetyevsk, Leninogorsk, Nizhnekamsk, Yelabuga, Bugulma, Zelenodolsk. Particular attention of the company’s technical specialists was paid to covering a 4G network of educational and social institutions, shopping centres, and new areas.
According to Anvar Shakhmaev, territorial manager of Beeline in the Republic of Tatarstan, the work over the past two years has been large-scale and its main goal is the satisfaction of the subscribers living both in large cities and in small towns. Anvar states that traffic consumption is growing every day, and their goal is to make sure in advance that each Tatarstan citizen maintains a high data transfer rate.
