The anesthesiologist-resuscitator of the City Infectious Diseases Clinical Hospital in novosibirsk, Mikhail Patrushev, was named the best doctor in the Novosibirsk Region during online voting held by the “Siberia” hockey club and the “Sibanthracite” company. On the website of the award, almost 2,000 people voted for him. The winner is awarded a gift certificate for 50,000 rubles.
The award “The Best Medical Worker of the Novosibirsk Region” was established by the Sibanthracite group and the Siberia hockey club in September 2020. Any resident of the Novosibirsk region once a month during the entire KHL season will be able to nominate one healthcare worker for the award.
“I do not consider my work to be something heroic, I am ready to continue to carry out it conscientiously with full dedication. I want to note that now all medical workers are in extreme conditions, so I consider my victory to be a victory for all my colleagues,” Mikhail said.
Mikhail is 58 years old. He has been working in medicine since 1985, and since 1998 in the intensive care unit of the infectious disease hospital. It is noted that from the first days of the pandemic, he has been working in the “red zone” with the most difficult patients. The doctor was earlier awarded diplomas of the regional governor and the regional Legislative Assembly.
