Big Rostov families raising eight or more children can get a minibus at the expense of the regional budget. The decision was signed by the head of the region, Vasily Golubev, at the end of 2019.
As the government’s information management department explained, one parent must submit an application for a car, as well as a set of documents, to the social protection authority at the place of registration no later than January 30, 2020.
The regional Ministry of Labor explained that the right to receive a minibus is given to low-income large families living in the Rostov Region for at least 5 years and raising eight or more minor children at the time of the appeal. If the children are under guardianship or trusteeship, they must be brought up in the family for at least three years.
