The international Petrovsky fire festival “Christmas Star”, which was held online for the first time this year, was watched by spectators from 140 countries, TASS reports with a reference to the press service of the city Committee for Tourism Development.
It is noted that the event was attended by recognized specialists in light and laser, artists, computer 3D graphics and animation designers. In particular, the teams from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Kostroma, Nizhny Novgorod, Samara, Syktyvkar, and Kazakhstan took part in the event.
It is also specified that the jury members were international experts in the field of pyrotechnic art from Andorra, Bulgaria, Spain, Italy, China, Malta, Portugal, and the USA. They all evaluated the performers’ skills online. In addition, the audience could also vote for their favourite performance in the official festival group on VKontakte social network.
