The Moscow social services centres opened cool rooms for their visitors, the official website of the Moscow mayor reported. These rooms are intended for senior citizens, people with disabilities, or with chronic diseases who can hardly tolerate hot weather.
Visitors to the rooms can use a water cooler, watch TV or read books. However, it is noted that some restrictions will also apply to visitors to comply with the preventive measures. In particular, in the rooms, people should use medical masks. The seats will be located at a safe distance from each other.
