On September 23, in Arzamas and Dzerzhinsk, digital dispatching centres were opened. Their main task is to ensure the stability of power supply in populated areas. Now the facilities will serve the territories where a total of about 720 thousand people live.
Thus, the Arzamas centre will operate in 9 districts of the region, where more than 290 thousand Nizhny Novgorod residents live. This list will also include significant enterprises in the region. The Dzerzhinsk digital station will be able to control the stability of the power grids in the city of chemists and the Volodarsky district with a population of more than 430 thousand people.
According to the head of the region, Gleb Nikitin, a huge industrial potential has been formed in the territories the centres will serve. He noted that now, operating enterprises will receive quality services, and investors will be confident that they can rely on a high-quality infrastructure for their projects there.
