On October 25, Bloomberg, citing its sources, reported that Musk planed to close the deal on the purchase of Twitter on Friday, October 28. According to the agency, such a statement was made during a videoconference of the entrepreneur with bankers who help finance the transaction.
The next day, on October 26, Musk visited Twitter’s headquarters. He posted a video of himself walking into the office with a kitchen sink. He referred in that action to the idiom “let that sink in”, which means that something should be properly considered so that it can be fully understood and appreciated.
It also became known that Musk changed the description of his Twitter profile, and now he is a “Chief Twit.”
On October 27 Musk headed the social network. The news about it are being actively spread today. Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal and chief financial officer Ned Segal have left the company’s headquarters in San Francisco.
As for the Starlink satellite communication systems, on October 24 Musk said that they will work in Ukraine regardless of Pentagon funding, as SpaceX announced earlier that it would no longer be able to finance the operation of the Starlink satellite communication system.
