According to the employee of the Moscow Planetarium, Lyudmila Koshman, over the past seven years, this comet will be the brightest one. According to the expert, due to the solar wind, it forms the tail’s, the gas one and the dust one. This gives the celestial body a special spectacular appearance.
The astronomer emphasized that the comet will approach the Earth on May 24 at a distance of 117 million kilometres. According to Koshman, this comet refers to long-period. The last time it flew past the Earth during the construction of the Egyptian pyramids.
