A meeting of the commission on the distribution of residential premises of the municipal fund was held in Omsk.
Specialists decided on the distribution of ten residential premises. Seven of them will be handed over to employees of a passenger enterprise, and the other three will be provided to a teacher, a kindergarten employee and an employee of a budgetary institution of further education.
“Residential premises from the specialized fund of Omsk are provided to citizens only for the period of their work in budgetary and municipal institutions. They are retained by the recipients upon transition from one budgetary institution of the city to another, as well as upon termination of employment in connection with retirement. But in the latter case, a citizen must be registered as a person in need of housing. If a person voluntarily leaves the institution or enterprise of the municipal and budgetary sphere, then he must vacate the received dwelling – this is the law,” said Elena Goncharova, deputy director of the relevant department.
Detailed information on the procedures for providing housing to budgetary sector employees can be obtained from the department for registering citizens who need housing, the Omsk administration’s housing policy department or the one-window service.
