Specialists of the Chelyabinsk Statistics Service (Chelyabinskstat) summed up the socio-economic results of the regional development. According to their analysis, the average monthly accrued wages in December 2020 in the region amounted to 47,208 rubles, chelTV reports.
It is noted that those who work in the production of drugs and medical supplies have the highest incomes (an average of 167,930 rubles). In the financial and insurance sector, the amount is less (83,719 rubles). Work in the field of information and communication brings an average of 58,781 rubles per month. In turn, those who work in hotels and public catering (22,563 rubles), are engaged in printing (15,126 rubles) and clothing production (15,355 rubles) have the lowest salaries.
As for prices, at the beginning of 2021, in January, food prices rose by only 0.6 per cent. The cost of the minimum set of food products on average in the Chelyabinsk region was 4,394 rubles. Non-food products rose in price by 0.4 per cent, while prices and tariffs for services increased by 0.2 per cent.
