Specialists of the All-Russian Public Opinion Research Centre conducted a study, during which they found out which Russian company is the best employer in the country according to its residents.
The leaders of the survey on the best employers in 2021 were Gazprom (32 per cent), Yandex and Russian Railways (17 per cent each), and Rosneft (14 per cent). Russians would like to work in these companies before retirement age if they were offered this. The top five of the rating are closed by Sberbank (13 per cent), Roscosmos and Aeroflot (10 per cent each).
Most often, respondents determine the attractiveness of a company as an employer on the basis of information obtained from the Internet (52 per cent compared to 5 per cent in 2007) or personal opinions of employees of this organization, both current and former ones (50 per cent now and 40 per cent in 2007).
In addition, respondents receive information about a potential employer from publications in the media (27 per cent now and 34 per cent in 2007), on the company’s website (26 per cent now and 6 per cent in 2007), at job interviews (13 per cent now and 21 per cent in 2007), and in ads (11 per cent now and 24 per cent in 2007).
