The cheapest in Moscow for renting a flat was the Solntsevo area. There, the rent for a one-room flat is 24,700 rubles per month. The lowest average cost of renting a flat, apart from Solntsevo was also recorded in the Molzhaninovsky and Novo-Peredelkino districts, Interfax reported.
It is specified that the average rental price in Moscow today is 31,000 rubles a month for a one-room flat, 42,000 rubles a month for a two-room flat, and 49,000 rubles a month for a three-room flat.
