Experts told how much it costs to rent housing in the most popular resorts of Crimea, RIA Novosti reports with reference to the data provided by analysts of the Sutochno.ru rental service.
According to the data provided, Yalta, Sevastopol, and Evpatoria were the most popular Crimean destinations this summer. Next on the list are Gurzuf, Feodosia, Alushta, Sudak, Alupka, Simeiz, and Partenit.
It is noted that compared to the summer of 2019, the number of reservations for accommodation on the peninsula increased by 20 per cent on average. The largest growth is observed in Yalta (+25 per cent), Gurzuf (+22 per cent), and Sevastopol (+20 per cent).
Experts have also stated that the highest cost of booking at the moment is in Yalta (3,840 rubles on average per day). Compared to the summer of 2019, prices have increased there by 12 per cent. Next comes Gurzuf with an average cheque of 3,750 rubles per day (+10 per cent). In the third place is Partenit (2,940 rubles per day).
In addition, it is found out that in Alushta, a day’s stay costs on average 2,900 rubles, in Alupka 2,840, in Evpatoria 2,800, in Sevastopol 2,770, and in Sudak 2,660 rubles. The cheapest rent was found in Feodosia and Simeiz (2,530 and 2,460 rubles, respectively).
