The experts of the Federal Statistics Service (Rosstat) analysed the employment rate of the population over 15 for the second quarter of the year 2020. The highest rates in terms of employment of the population were recorded in the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug (74.3 per cent employed residents), Moscow 24 reports.
The Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug took second place in terms of employment (71.7 per cent of residents), and the third place was occupied by the Magadan Oblast (68.4 per cent). The top 5 is closed by the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug (67.9 per cent employed people) and the Kamchatka Territory (67.7 per cent). It is noted that in Moscow, the share of the employed population was 66.3 per cent and in St. Petersburg, 65.5 per cent.
