The experts of the SuperJob job search service conducted research and found out which Russian regions have the best utilities for dealing with the consequences of snowfall, NevNov reports.
It turned out that the top three includes Naberezhnye Chelny, Tyumen, and St. Petersburg. The top 5 also included Yaroslavl and Ryazan. It is specified that the research was a survey conducted among 19 thousand people living in cities with a population of 500 thousand residents. The period of the research is from February 12 to February 24, 2021, among citizens over 18 years old.
