It is noted that the film turned out to be the most popular among both male and female viewers. It was released in 1974 and tells about the life of fighter pilots. The main roles were played by Leonid Bykov, Sergey Podgorny, and others. Films “Officers” by Vladimir Rogovoy and “The Dawns Here Are Quiet” by Stanislav Rostotsky were also in the top three.
The top 10 included “They Fought for the Motherland” (1975) and “Fate of a Man” (1959) by Sergey Bondarchuk, “The Cranes are Flying” (1957) by Mikhail Kalatozov, and others, TASS reports with reference to the results of the Kino Mail.ru poll.
