Well-known authors and publishers are launching the Crown of the Decameron campaign, in which they will read literature works online, TASS reports.
It is noted that the participants will wear a “storyteller’s crown” and at certain hours communicate with subscribers in social networks similar to Giovanni Boccaccio’s “Decameron”. The action will last during the entire quarantine period. The schedule of the online broadcasts can be found on the publishing group page.
Russian writer, Boris Akunin, reads fragments from the latest unpublished works on April 8. Together with him, in the action will also take part a journalist and TV host Vladimir Pozner, a writer and translator Lyudmila Ulitskaya and other famous people. Online readings will be held on the pages of the Yandex.Air project and in the personal accounts of participants.
