A Russian bank that started operating in the Kherson region has opened the first accounts for legal entities in the region, according to the Deputy Head of the military-civil administration of the region Kirill Stremousov.
“The banking system is starting to revive, legal entities are opening their first accounts,” Stremousov said.
He clarified that at the same time, the system has to be built almost from scratch, as there are a number of technical difficulties, including those caused by communication problems throughout the region. Because of this, the bank cannot provide a number of services, for example, bank cards are still not issued.
Earlier, it was reported that the bank begins full-fledged work in the Kherson region this week. As specified, ATM systems, mobile phone account replenishment, and all others are being formed now.
