For the first time, a man became the cashier-controller of the Moscow Metro. The employee took online courses, an internship at the box office, and attended a training in psychology of passenger service.

There are 70 cashier controllers in the subway. They sell tickets and advise passengers in the lobby of the stations. It is noted that the metro is constantly growing, so they are ready to find a suitable vacancy for everyone. It is specified that over 3,000 new employees came to work in the subway last year, and currently, over 60,000 people work in the metro.
