The first SBER EAPTEKA (“E-Pharmacy”) opened in Kazan, with delivery and its own hub, NewsNN reports. Over the next two years, the pharmacy plans to open 10 outlets in the region (5 in Kazan, and one each in Naberezhnye Chelny, Almetyevsk, Bugulma, and Nizhnekamsk).
It is noted that the first order with medicines and health products was made by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. SBER EAPTEKA sent it to the wards of the charitable foundation, which helps children with serious illnesses and their families.
The assortment of the pharmacy in Kazan will include 18,000 medicines and health products. The pharmacy will handle over 1,000 delivery orders per day. After reaching peak levels, each pharmacy will create more than 10 jobs for staff and more than 50 for couriers.
It is specified that in December, new pharmacies with delivery will open in Kirov, Simferopol, Petrozavodsk, Kostroma, Ryazan, Pskov, Penza, Veliky Novgorod, Astrakhan, and Volgograd. In total, during 2021 and 2022, it is planned to open 307 points in 185 cities of Russia.
