Today, on October 19, the first snow started to fall in Moscow, near the settlement of Moskovsky.
The scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Centre, Roman Vilfand, told that the weather this week in the centre of European Russia will be changeable: on Tuesday, wet snow is falling and it will get only colder this week, with the warming to 14 degrees to be expected on Friday. Then, cold weather will come back again on the weekend.
