The YouTube channel of the Russian cartoon studio ‘Soyuzmultfilm’ presented yesterday, on November 21, the first trailer for the relaunch of the animated series “Well, you just wait!”.
The characters have undergone a serious change. In addition, to the already familiar set of anthropomorphic animals, the creators have added several new ones, namely, a fitness roe deer and a hacker hedgehog. As specified, the main characters speak with the voices of the Russian comedian, Garik Kharlamov, and TV presenter Dmitry Khrustalev. The premiere is scheduled for December of this year but no exact dates yet.
“Well, you just wait!” is a popular series of Soviet and Russian cartoons. The pilot episode was released in 1969. The plot is based on Wolf’s pursuit of the Hare, which always ends in failure, after which the Hare always turns out to be unharmed, and the Wolf says or shouts to him, “Well, Hare, you just wait!”.
