The number of funds in escrow accounts in Tatarstan opened for settlements under participation contracts in shared construction increased by 1.4 billion rubles in May 2020.
At the beginning of June 2020, in total in the Republic of Tatarstan, over 4,000 escrow accounts were opened (monthly growth is by 12.8%). The number of funds exceeded 12.3 billion rubles. The project financing of housing construction is being conducted by 8 authorized banks. It is noted that together with the developers, 48 loan agreements for project financing have been concluded for a total amount of more than 34.2 billion rubles.
