In 2021, Gazprom Neft will allocate funds for the treatment of children with serious illnesses in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug (Yugra), as well as for projects to preserve the ethno-culture and original way of life of the indigenous peoples of the North, the press service of the company reports.
It is specified that the funds will be allocated as part of the social cooperation agreement signed with the region for 2021. The agreement includes social projects in the region, in particular, the territory will be landscaped, roads and social facilities will be repaired.
It is also noted that with the support of Gazprom Neft, a chess academy, a kindergarten, an ethnic children’s camp, and a 120-flat residential complex have already been built in Ugra. In addition, in 2020, the company allocated funds to support the Antivirus programme to combat COVID-19.
