Moscow Deputy Mayor for Economic Policy and Property, Vladimir Efimov, said that the city’s authorities intend to allocate more than 7 billion rubles as regional payments to Muscovites who lost their jobs during the coronavirus pandemic.
Receiving payment of 19.5 thousand rubles per person will take about 3 to 5 days, and a person can register with the employment service remotely. Support measures are also provided for other categories of citizens. As for business support, it is sent not to individual enterprises, but to entire industries, TASS reports. It is noted that banks lend to enterprises at a zero rate to pay salaries to employees.
