During self-isolation Russians most often remotely turned to pediatricians, therapists, and gynecologists, TASS reported with reference to the press service of the digital medical service ‘Doctor is Near’.
It is noted that the largest number of requests came to gynecologists (17%), neurologists (13%), dermatologists (11%), otorhinolaryngologists (10%), and endocrinologists (5%). Among the requests received, 67% were people aged 25 to 50. At the same time, women more often than men needed doctors (83%). It is also specified that among Russians most often residents of Moscow and the Moscow Region applied for medical advice online (22%), while St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region recorded 6% cases, and Tatarstan 4%.
