On the wall of the five-story building, three workers of the nuclear power plant are depicted looking in the same direction. The art object is called “The Dawn of a New Era”. The creators specified that the style of their work combines two directions, 3D and Soviet monumentalism. It is noted that the art object has become a search for ways to transform the energy of past monumental genres into a starting point for moving into the future.

The graffiti was created in December 2020. The artists wanted to emphasize that all the power of the nuclear industry is in people, in scientists, engineers, and workers. According to the Head of the NPS press service, Andrey Yashin, the creators wanted to remind the residents of the city that they have a unique NPS, the world’s only fast-neutron nuclear power plant, and this is a fact to be proud of.
