Hyundai Motor CIS announced that it has launched a new digital service ‘UKA’ on the Russian car market since April 7, 2021. The mobile application allows customers to view the gallery of cars offered for sale, get acquainted with the history of their operation, as well as see the results of diagnostics and transfer payment without bidding at a fixed price, the Autostat analytical agency reports.
It is noted that the purchase will be made on the terms of a secure transaction: the funds on the client’s bank card are simply frozen, and the amount will be debited only at the moment a car is handed over to the dealership. A client will be able to refuse the purchase at any time, and the funds will be returned to his card.
The store will include cars that have participated in test drives or were part of corporate parks, as well as those returned to dealers after participating in the Hyundai Mobility online subscription programme. It is specified that for the first time used cars from only 10 cities of Russia (where Hyundai Mobility is already operating) will be displayed in the online store. In the future, it is promised to expand the list of the cities.
