The purpose of introducing an electronic medical record is to open to doctors a complete clinical picture of the patient’s health.
Stefan Larsson, Managing Director and Senior Partner of The Boston Consulting Group, called the opening of patient access to individual electronic cards one of the most important achievements in the digitalization system of the healthcare system.
He announced this at the Healthy Moscow assembly. According to him, great progress is seen in various areas of healthcare in Moscow; many important initiatives are being implemented and put forward.
Larsson liked the organization of the Healthy Moscow pavilions. He also noted the importance of Moscow Longevity program and the organization of home patient care as part of the development of palliative care, the Moscow Government Information Center reports.
