Investment Company Bought Warehouses in St. Petersburg Suburbs

The “Central Properties” investment development company has bought from ‘Sirin Development’ a warehouse complex “Nordway” with an area of ​​107 thousand square metres in the suburbs of St. Petersburg, RIA Novosti reports, referring to the message of the Knight Frank transaction consultant.

“This is one of the largest transactions of 2021 on the real estate investment market,” the message says.

Central Properties is an investment development company that implements Class A projects in the field of office and mixed-use real estate in Moscow. Over 20 years of its existence on the market, the developer has implemented 18 projects.

Sirin Development is an industrial real estate development company specializing in the purchase of land plots, development and rental of warehouse real estate. The company’s portfolio includes over 400 thousand square metres of real estate in Lithuania, Latvia, and Russia.

It is noted that the Nordway warehouse complex is located in the suburbs of St. Petersburg, in the village of Shushary, 15 kilometres from the Pulkovo airport. It includes four separately constructed Class A buildings.
