In total, almost 7 thousand parents tasted school lunches in Kazan and were satisfied with the food there. The general director of the City Food Department, Rima Mukhamedshina, told about this on March 22, at the mayor’s office, tatar-inform reports.
Parental nutritional control began to operate in Kazan on January 11, 2021. Moms and dads come to the canteens on schedule to see what their children are being fed with. The schedule of the parents’ duty in the canteen was determined by each school independently. As a result, the number of food complaints has dropped significantly.
In total, according to the results of the third quarter of this academic year, 6,912 notes were left in the electronic format in the journal of food quality checks. Of these, 97.5 per cent are made by people satisfied with the food quality and variety in school canteens.
