Traffic police officers of Kazan have brought bloggers to justice for violating traffic rules during the shooting of a video with a man standing on the roof of a moving car, RIA News reports with reference to the press service of the Tatarstan Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Earlier, a video was published on social networks where a Toyota car is moving along the Kremlin dam in Kazan, on the roof of which is a man standing with an oar. When studying the video, it was found that three drivers and two passengers participated in its shooting.
It is noted that the violators were invited to the traffic police department, where a preventive conversation was held with them. As a result, 9 administrative protocols were drawn up against drivers and passengers for a total of 10.5 thousand rubles. In particular, passengers were brought to administrative responsibility for violation of traffic rules and drivers were fined for driving on the bus lane, dangerous driving, as well as transportation of passengers outside a car.
