More Than 10,000 Young Educators Work in Moscow

In Moscow, over 12,000 young specialists work in the field of education, and about 20 per cent of social workers are under the age of 35, RIA News reports with reference to the press service of the Moscow Complex of Social Development.  

On June 27, Russians traditionally celebrate Youth Day. In honour of this day, specialists revealed the statistics with numbers of young workers in the capital of Russia. It is noted that about 40,000 people work in the social protection of Moscow. Of these, more than 6,700 employees are under 35 years old. Many employees from 18 to 35 years old work in the centres of public services (51 per cent of the total number of employees). It was also reported that more than 45 per cent of young people work in Moscow registry offices.
