Moscow Cafes Revenues Increased by 20%

The revenue of metropolitan cafes and restaurants, after lifting restrictions associated with the coronavirus pandemic, grew by 15–20 per cent compared to last year, Interfax reported. 

After the opening of the cafes’ verandas, the demand grew by 60 per cent. It is noted that revenues in this industry are 15–20 percent more than in the same period last year. According to the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy, Vladimir Efimov, the demand for visiting cafes will not fall in the near future, as the vast majority of the city residents returned to normal life and work.
