Three metropolitan museums received awards for the ‘Intermuseum’ International Festival. This year about 400 Russian and foreign cultural sites participated in it, the official website of the Moscow Mayor reports.

The Cosmonautics Museum took first place in the nomination “Best Educational Project” for the “ISS in Touch” programme. The Cosmonautics Museum also won the Grand Prix of the Intermuseum festival for this programme and the exhibition project “Volcanoes and Space”. Two more Moscow museums received honourary diplomas. The jury noted the exhibition project of the Tsaritsyno Museum-Reserve dedicated to the history of the Tsaritsyno palace ensemble. The project of the Darwin Museum “Museum and Spectator.
