Transport Week is a unique format that includes the largest and most significant business and cultural events in the industry. On the territory of the Gostiny Dvor Exhibition Centre in Moscow, representatives of government and business take part in discussing issues of the functioning and development of the transport complex of Russia, the event’s official website reports.
The previous, XI International Forum and Exhibition “Transport of Russia” brought together a lot of people. Thus, since 2006, when the event was first held, the number of exhibitors has increased from 32 to 120, the number of forum participants has increased from 500 to 3,000 people, the number of exhibition visitors has increased from 1,450 to 8,000 people, the number of participating countries from 3 to 41 countries, and the number of journalists from 49 to 520 people.
This year, as part of Transport Week, the XII International Forum “Transport of Russia” is being held from November 19 till November 21, including the XII International Exhibition “Transport of Russia”, the X All-Russian Spartakiad of students of transport higher educational institutions, the All-Russian festival of creativity of students of transport higher educational institutions “TranspART”, V National Award for Achievements in the Field of Transport and Transport Infrastructure “Formula of Movement”, as well as various entertainment and sports events.
