During the action “The Day Without Turnstiles”, which will take place in Moscow from July 23 to July 25, city residents are invited to take virtual excursions to the design studio, to the production of paintball equipment, as well as to the medical laboratory, the official website of the Moscow Mayor reports.
The action was first held in 2012. Over eight years, more than 100,000 people and more than 200 innovative companies, creative enterprises, and manufactories of Moscow have taken part in it. In 2020, the main theme of the project is various professions, and the organizers’ aim is to hold excursions and masterclasses at leading innovative companies, show how the goods are made there, and demonstrate business from the inside. During the campaign in July, it will be possible to visit the Skazka family amusement park, the observation deck of the Moscow City business centre, and the hippodrome for free. On July 23, seven online excursions will be published on the action’s website. A quiz championship will take place from July 23 to July 25, and Internet users will be able to play with each other or artificial intelligence. It is noted that the quiz championship will become the main event of the action, and about 2,000 people have already downloaded a mobile application in order to test their knowledge.
