The Moscow library named after A. Gaidar on March 23 has launched the online project on its YouTube channel. Users can visit the personal libraries of contemporary Russian writers, listen to music concerts and excerpts from the works for children, the official website of the Moscow Mayor reports.
According to the press service of the Moscow Directorate for the Development of Cultural Centres, the online project will be especially useful now. Moscow children and adults are forced to stay at home for a long time, so the project will help them to spend time interestingly. The project programme has several parts which are broadcasted at 11 am, 2.30 pm, 5 pm, and 7 pm.
Today’s programme is published on the library website. The schedule for the coming days will appear by the evening of March 23. It is stated that other Moscow libraries have also prepared special online programmes for Muscovites, so city residents should search for the programmes on the libraries’ websites.
