Moscow Libraries to Donate Over 160,000 Books to Citizens

Moscow libraries will donate over 162,000 books to the city residents. Muscovites will have a chance to receive works of Russian and foreign writers from 169 city libraries, the official website of the Moscow Mayor reported. 

To become a participant in the action, you need to book a work of literature on the website, and then pick it up from the library for free within 3 days. The list of available books will appear on the website on August 11 at 12 pm. It is specified that rare editions and book novelties cannot be gotten. The libraries are also ready to donate dilapidated, doublet copies, as well as books unclaimed by readers, to both citizens and organizations.
