Moscow libraries will hold a 24-hour online poetic marathon, in which 145 poets from 12 cities of Russia will take part. The broadcast will begin on the libraries page on the VKontakte social network at 10 am on June 27 and will last exactly one day, the official website of the Moscow Mayor reports.
The poets from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Dolgoprudny, Samara, Vladivostok, Rostov-on-Don, Saratov, Tver, Kursk, Belgorod, Vyazma, and Nizhny Novgorod will participate in the online marathon. They will read verses about love, life, freedom, share their experience, and try to determine for themselves and their generation a place in the modern world.
