In Moscow, 23 out of 35 public services that are provided in the field of property and land relations can be obtained in an online format. These are services focused on owners and tenants of non-residential premises and land plots, the official website of the Moscow Mayor reports. In 2021, all services will appear on the city portals.
According to the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations, Vladimir Efimov, in the first half of 2020, about 50,000 people applied for state services in the property and land sphere, most of them sent applications online. Most often, entrepreneurs in Moscow apply for the service “Assignment, Change or Cancellation of the Address of the Addressable Object”.
