According to the calculations of the Aeroclub business tourism agency, airline ticket bookings, in general, grew by 14 per cent, while growth in business travels amounted to 16 per cent.
The most popular destinations for business tourists were Moscow (+9 per cent), St. Petersburg (+11 per cent) and Sochi (+12 per cent).
In addition, Russians began to fly more often on business trips to Yekaterinburg, Krasnodar, Samara, Krasnoyarsk and Novosibirsk.
As for foreign destinations, ticket reservations grew by 9 per cent. Most often, Russians went to Germany, France and Belarus, according to RIA News.
