Moscow became the leader in the rating of the Ministry of Economic Development for the quality of provision of state and municipal services in electronic format in 2020, the official website of the Moscow Mayor reports.
According to the deputy mayor of the city, Natalya Sergunina, Moscow took first place in the ranking, having received 87.81 points. The second place was taken by the Moscow region (85.37 points), and the third by the Tula region (85.32 points).
“The development of the digital environment is a requirement of the times and an important indicator of urban comfort. We are constantly improving the Moscow ecosystem, supplementing it with new opportunities and functions. For example, a city charity service was launched in the autumn, and at the end of 2020, a service for finding missing pets,” Sergunina said.
It is specified that during the compilation of the rating, among the evaluation criteria, the quality and convenience of the provision of electronic services were taken into account. In particular, the convenience of submitting an application, the range of services, competent navigation, the promptness of informing about the status of an application and other parameters.
