Moscow region became a leader in the improvement and comfort of the urban environment, the official website of the Ministry of Construction of Russia reports.
The Moscow region in the ranking scored 87 out of 132 points. The second place occupies the Kaluga region with 86 points. The third place is taken by the Tula region with 84 points. The rating was compiled according to 35 criteria, among which was a residents’ assessment of changes in the urban environment, the number of projects that won the All-Russian contest of the best projects to create a comfortable urban environment, and others.
