Moscow Registry Offices Invite Newlyweds for Ceremonies

The Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Social Development, Anastasia Rakova, announced that the Moscow registry offices will again resume holding the solemn ceremonies of marriage from June 23, 2020. 

According to Rakova, marriages will traditionally be held in decorated halls to music and congratulatory speeches. From June 26 it is planned to conduct weddings again at unusual venues of the city. She noted that everybody involved in a ceremony should comply with sanitary and epidemiological requirements. Muscovites should wear masks and gloves, and maintain social distance, what was reported on the Moscow Coronavirus Control Headquarters Telegram-Channel. After each ceremony, the premises will be sanitized and aired.
