Since the beginning of the year, over a trillion rubles of revenue have been received in the Moscow treasury. Of these, almost 920 billion rubles are taxes, a decrease in the level of which amounted to 70 billion rubles compared to the figures of 2019, the Moscow Department of Finance reported.
It is noted that working Muscovites transferred almost 386 billion rubles to personal income tax. The corporate income tax turned out to be about the same. From January to May, enterprises transferred 387.8 billion rubles. It is specified, that compared to the same period of the last year, corporate income tax revenues decreased by 64.5 billion rubles.
The city expenses exceeded 1.1 trillion rubles. Over half of these funds, 611.9 billion rubles, were allocated for social support of citizens, education, and healthcare. At the same time, twice as much was spent on medicine (almost 228 billion rubles). It is stated that the healthcare costs in Moscow in January – May 2020 period amounted to 319.6 billion rubles.
